Creative Cakes of Blackpool is my business and my passion, having developed from what started as a hobby and grown largely by word of mouth.
I have been producing cakes for over 20 years, since I earned my City & Guilds qualification back in 1987. I am an active member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and frequently demonstrate icing techniques to beginners, enthusiasts and the experienced alike.
Personal Service
I operate my one-to-one service from home, where clients can visit (by appointment) to discuss ideas for their cake. As an experienced cake decorator, each cake I produce is unique and personalised to the client's own tastes and requirements.
Don't worry if you haven't a clue about the style of cake you are looking for. I am certain that after chatting with you for a short while, we will be able to come up with some ideas.
I can create a whole range of cakes from children's birthday cakes, through anniversaries, retirements, christmas, corporate events, christenings and special occasions, to my personal favourites - wedding cakes, including those for civil partnership and asian ceremonies.

When you visit, I can show you more, along with my collection of books and other photographs to help provide inspiration.
For the majority of cakes (unless delivery is requested), collection would be from my home in Bispham. However, for wedding cakes I would usually include delivery to the venue and setting up of the cake. You'll have plenty of other things to be thinking about on the day!

Blackpool and Beyond...
For the majority of cakes (unless delivery is requested), collection would be from my home in Bispham, just north of Blackpool. However, for wedding cakes I would usually include delivery to the venue and setting up of the cake. You'll have plenty of other things to be thinking about on the day!
For delivery, venues of up to 50 miles from Blackpool are quite normal, including: Fleetwood, Poulton-le-Fylde, Thornton Cleveleys, St Annes, Lytham, Kirkham, Garstang, Preston, Lancaster and beyond, with Southport, Morecambe, Chorley, Blackburn, Burnley, Bolton and Manchester being the maximum I would usually travel.
